Used when going to Lake Yamanaka by bicycle. I am happy to have a cycle rack.It is a bit different from the so-called local cuisine.Salted chicken is made of clear broth and chicken wings. Pumpkin does not enter. It has a light taste and a condiment of citron pepper.Last time it was a pork cutlet set meal, but it was also delicious with soft meat cut with chopsticks.There is a counter in addition to the table, so it is OK for one person.Everyone ordered a takeout of trout sushi, and I would like to ask next time.

It came after 13 o'clock on Sunday, but it was fully booked.However, I was able to get through immediately.The store clerks were moving quickly, but I was able to have a nice lunch without any cluttered busyness. Thank you very much.The price is conscient and the service is as expected.

Try the hotou!!Tasty local dish, kind of like ramen but with big flat noodles. We got that - and a bunch of other small dishes, tempura etc. Everything we had was really tasty! Good to find a little gem like this in such a small town.

Visited on a trip to Lake Yamanaka in June 2014.Lake Yamanaka is located in Yamanashi Prefecture, but speaking of Yamanashi ...That's why I entered the shop that is said to be the most delicious here.This shop seems to be famous for salted hot pepper, but I ordered a basic miso soup, and the result was correct.I tasted Shio Houtou but it wasn't my favorite.After all, the eating log's specialty is delicious! Although people say that they like it, the basic miso soup was very delicious.Yeah, I thought it was a little expensive, but it was a famous store!

Great food and traditional looking house just adds to the some experience. Would definitely recommend if you stay in Yamanakako.

They've got a lot of really nice smoked trout and a friendly atmosphere. If those things don't appeal to you, I don't know what to say.

I think it is delicious. I ordered a different kind of salt pea. Miso hoto is natural around here, and salt hoto is light, but the appearance (image) looks like miso, but some say that it is a clear soup stock and kospa high, but it is a tourist destination.I think it's not as bad as a person with few star marks in a review says. Oh, if the parking lot is just in front of the store, it would be better to go early for lunch.

It seems that Hoto is famous, but I recommend these two items. I am impressed by the exquisite seasoning.

It's delicious, the seasonings are very distinctive, red and green, but different seasonings have different seasonings. The handmade tofu is very fragrant, and you can eat it without seasoning.

The dinner was so good I almost did not want to leave the place. The houtou is great and quite consistent. Because we ordered some other dishes as well, we decided to roll home rather than crawling.
